Join our team: we are hiring a banquet server in Jeff Davis County, Texas. You will work in a café. You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
