Kitchenhand wanted in Ventura County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ventura County, California. On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time, day shift.
