Cold room technician — Hays County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cold room technician in Hays County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints 1+ years on the tools preferred.
