Elevator service technician wanted in Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Jackson County, Missouri. The job is at a busy lift company. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Your main tasks: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
