Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦8,000 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
