Kitchen cook — Mason County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mason County, Washington. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
