Automobile electrical mechanic — Genesee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automobile electrical mechanic in Genesee County, Michigan. You will be based at a commercial vehicle fleet depot. Day to day you will check charging system output and battery voltage; read and clear ECU fault codes; repair air-conditioning electrical controls; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; install alarms, immobilisers and central locking. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems • Own basic hand tools preferred • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner 2+ years on the tools preferred.
