Kitchen steward • Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
