Backhoe operator — Ripley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Ripley County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
