Great opportunity: system formwork carpenter (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Madison Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
