Lift installation engineer wanted in Hertford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Hertford County, North Carolina. The job is in a residential tower block. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate You will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; run load and overload tests with test weights; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy.
