Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Callahan County, Texas. The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
