Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Charlevoix County, Michigan. You will work at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Part-time with flexible hours.
