We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Slough, England. The job is at a busy restaurant. Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
