Join our team: we are hiring a cook in DeKalb County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Full-time with occasional weekends.
