Deboner — Ochiltree County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Ochiltree County, Texas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
