Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
