Fusing press operator wanted in Saline County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Saline County, Illinois. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. The role involves give each garment a final press before packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
