Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Onna, Akwa Ibom State. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
