Captain waiter • Bosso, Niger State

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Bosso, Niger State. You will be based at a busy restaurant. The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
