Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Suleja, Niger State. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦190,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
