Now hiring: lathe programmer-operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Winkler County, Texas. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
