Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain On a typical shift you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
