Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundsman in Wayne County, West Virginia. You will work in a residential garden complex. On a typical shift you will sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Valid driving licence for travel between sites 3+ years on the tools preferred.
