Assembly technician — Desha County

Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in Desha County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
