Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Breathitt County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
