Bench joiner wanted in Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bench joiner in Jackson County, South Dakota. You will work on a commercial fit-out site. You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings The role involves measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
