Scullery hand — Nicholas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Nicholas County, West Virginia. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
