Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Liverpool, England. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Meals and transport allowance provided.
