We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Chaffee County, Colorado. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
