You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Day to day you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. £1,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
