Prep cook — Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Lincoln County, Kansas. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Six days a week, one day off.
