Scullery hand • Jefferson County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jefferson County, Kentucky. You will work in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
