Vacancy available: crane operator (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a crane operator in Pender County, North Carolina. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
