Now hiring: we are hiring a bricklayer in Surulere, Lagos State. You will be based on a commercial construction site. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Day to day you will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
