PVC window assembler wanted in Houston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Houston County, Alabama. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. On the job you will handle: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
