Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundsman in Goliad County, Texas. You will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers. You should have: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
