Dough maker — Enugu North

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Enugu North, Enugu State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
