Pot washer — Arochukwu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Arochukwu, Abia State. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦1,350 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
