Vacancy available: panel welder (Louisiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy production line. On a typical shift you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
