Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Hampshire, England. You will work at a beach resort. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
