Immediate opening: GMAW welder (Colorado)

Join our team: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Jackson County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
