Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Preble County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
