Immediate opening: prep cook (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Franklin County, Nebraska. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 6+ years on the tools preferred.
