You will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of tools and components • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Punctual with reliable attendance Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
