Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Anderson County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
