Shuttering fixer — Orange County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Orange County, Vermont. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. On a typical shift you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
