You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
