Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Keweenaw County, Michigan. The job is at a road-building project. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
