Refrigeration technician — Comanche County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Comanche County, Kansas. The job is in an HVAC service company. Day to day you will recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
